A Certified Home Inspector performs a thorough walkthrough of your home. We suggest repairs, create a digital inventory of all your home appliances, mechanicals, and features, and create a customized preventative maintenance calendar for your home.

Quarterly Maintenance

Every 3 months, we send our trusted handyman to your home to perform your customized preventative maintenance plan.  These items can range from changing HVAC filters to hanging paintings or refilling water softener salt.

With us, your home maintenance is automated, and all records are conveniently stored in our digital system.

How Does Melody Lane Work?
For Premium Plan members after you sign up we will schedule a home walkthrough with one of our certified home inspectors. They will inventory everything in your home and note any maintenance or repair needs. We will go over this report with you and put together a customized maintenance plan for you. Your plan will include quarterly 2 hour handy man visits that you can use to check things off of your list.

For Standard Plan members after you sign up we will schedule a time to go over your immediate maintenance and repair needs and begin to help you with your to do list.

All members will given access to our home management platform where we can work together to manage your home digital home inventory, your customized to do list, your home health score, and your home catalog.

All members also can reach out to our experienced team at anytime to have us schedule a vetted vendor from our extensive list to help you with anything that comes up.

We invest significant resources to vet vendors and have built an extensive portfolio of vendors that do exceptional work and at very competitive prices. And since we work with a lot of vendors for a lot of homes we are able to ensure we are getting quality work and competitive pricing. 

We give our vendors repeat, zero customer acquisition cost business, so they are happy to offer us great pricing and quality work. We also work hard to make sure everything stays on schedule and gets completed properly. Anytime there is an issue, we have the leverage of repeat business to ensure a proper resolution for all parties.
